1. On the menu on the left side of your screen click System Manager.
2. Below System Manager click Users.
3. Click on the Pencil Icon to the right of the user you want to mark inactive.
4. Check the box that says Inactive and click save at the bottom.
*Please note that inactive users will remain in your list for audit history purposes but will be unable to log on. Inactive users will be greyed out.
